Are you an experienced licensed conveyancer or property solicitor who is seeking a career move? Our clients are a smaller firm who have an established team and you will take over a caseload of residential property matters as well as supporting the team with complex cases.
The firm have good relationships in place with introducers, and you will have the opportunity to develop these further, considering the speed of referrals being converted to instruction and the ongoing customer service to clients for repeat business and recommendations.
The work is a mix of sales and purchases from shared ownership to multi-million-pound properties, and being able to demonstrate experience of working with wealthy clients and the demands of third party will be essential to keeping the conveyancing process timely and in line with agreed fees.
As a senior fee earner, you will benefit from administration support for opening files and post completion matters and the firm use LEAP for diary and billings and you will be familiar with:
- Sales and purchases
- Re-mortgages
- Right to buy Equity transfers
- Freehold and Leasehold
