Role Overview
As the Pensions Programme Manager, you'll lead a portfolio of projects from initiation to successful completion. Your role will be central to maintaining and enhancing their reputation for excellence and reliability, ensuring clients achieve their goals through tailored, expertly managed pension solutions.

What You'll Do
* Lead and Deliver: Manage all project phases, from concept to completion, ensuring all deliverables meet or exceed expectations.
* Engage with Clients: Build strong client relationships, facilitating effective meetings and ensuring client satisfaction at every step.
* Drive Project Excellence: Oversee risk management, issue resolution, and change control to keep projects on track and successful.
* Optimise Resources: Lead the project team's resource allocation and management to ensure optimal productivity.
* Ensure Quality: Use ePMO to track project milestones and deliverables, ensuring all goals are met with precision.

Your Experience
* Project Management Certification: Prince 2 or equivalent.
* Pensions Expertise: Strong knowledge of pensions and experience of working within the pensions industry.
* Proven Track Record: Demonstrated success managing large, complex projects from end to end.
* Exceptional Communication: Client-focused, with excellent organisational and documentation skills (PIDs, specifications, etc.).
