We are seeking a senior Property Litigator to join their successful team and manage a caseload of high-quality work. As an expert in your field, you will meet clients and provide solutions.
As a senior member for the Dispute Resolution team, you will demonstrate the ability to retain clients and seek referrals from developing professional relationships as a fee generator. You will have the opportunity to raise your industry profile, attend seminars and breakfast meetings, draft articles and work with more junior solicitors to develop and mentor them also.
The work will be a mix of commercial landlord and tenant disputes to include dilapidation claims, possession, boundary disputes and rights of way. Your experience will also include lease extensions and renewals, enfranchisement, forfeiture and breaches.
