The firm have an unrivalled level of repeat and referral work from satisfied clients and you will ideally have a following from existing clients or referrers.
Responsibilities
As the Residential Conveyancer, you will handle a range of transactions for both freehold and leasehold properties, including:
- Sales
- Purchases
- Remortgages
- New Builds
- Right to Buy
- Shared Ownership
- Transfers of Equity
- Lease Extension
In return, you will be offered a competitive salary in line with experience along with an achievable and generous performance bonus.
