A successful private practice based in Bedfordshire are looking to recruit a Wills & Probate Lawyer for their team which is made up of a part time fee earner and support staff. Servicing clients locally, this is a smaller, modern legal firm offering a range of legal services and we are seeking a legal professional who is looking for career growth.
In addition to handling a full and diverse range of matters, you will manage your own caseload and take responsibility for the team, providing guidance and mentorship across Wills, Trusts and Estate Planning. The position comes with Paralegal support and as the workflow improves there will be scope to recruit further fee earners.
Key skills will include a commercial aptitude and the ability to consider fees and income levels for the work provided. The ideal individual will hold STEP Accreditation and Court of Protection experience. You will be a collaborative team player who fosters positive relationships and prioritises client care.
