We are seeking a Commercial Property Solicitor whose caseload could range from dealing with small high street shops to large industrial businesses and working within a Lexcel accredited private practice who are continuing to see significant growth, this is an excellent opportunity to draw on your skills and experience and obtain more market visibility.
You will be joining a busy commercial property department who take pride in the high level of services offered and advise a wide array of clients. The team act across the full remit of commercial property matters, to include:
- Sales & purchases of freehold
- Advising developers
- Dealing with the relocation requirements of businesses
- Undertaking a wide range of landlord and tenant matters
- Preparing and advising on all lease matters and property issues for commercial premises
Communication skills are highly important as we are seeking someone who is engaging and enjoys building relationships with the firms already existing commercial clients
