We are working with a respected Lexcel-accredited law firm who have an excellent and highly regarded Employment department that reaches a broad range of clients and through further growth, are looking to strengthen the team with an ambitious solicitor.
You will work alongside a friendly and professional team where you will have the opportunity to progress your career. There is already an established client base which you will be keen to build upon, and the caseload will include managing a range of employment matters for both employers and employees.
Key aspects of the role will include dealing with:
- Restrictive covenants, unfair dismissal, discrimination, redundancy, whistle-blowing and TUPE
- Contracts of employment and staff handbooks
- Settlement agreements
- Dealing with ET1, ET3 and particular of claims
- Representation at Employment Tribunals
