Our client, a prominent law firm in Buckinghamshire, is seeking an experienced Employment Solicitor to join their dynamic team. This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified solicitor to advance their career within a supportive and client-focused environment.

Position Overview
The Employment Solicitor will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional service to the firm's clients, handling a diverse caseload that includes employment matters and general advice. The successful candidate will contribute to the department's success by maintaining work and fee income targets, developing staff, and supporting the firm's brand awareness activities, to include networking, events and content creation.

Responsibilities

  • Handle correspondence with clients, agents and third parties
  • Record time for all work undertaken
  • Generate new work for the department and the firm
  • Liaise with clients face to face, remote meetings, and telephone discussions
  • Attend outside appointments, including court hearings and client visits
  • Attend required training courses

Requirements

  • Qualified Solicitor with experience in Employment Law
  • Adherence to Quality and Work Management Systems
  • Ability to achieve targets
  • Flexibility in developing and supporting other members of staff
  • Commitment to maintaining Lexcel accreditation
