The ideal candidate will have around 5-10 years' PQE and be confident running their own caseload of privately funded family law matters.
Position Overview
As a Family Solicitor, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional legal services to the firm's clients. You will manage your own caseload of privately funded family law matters, working closely with the experienced team to deliver high-quality advice and representation.
Responsibilities
- Manage a caseload of privately funded family law matters
- Provide expert legal advice and representation to clients
- Draft legal documents and correspondence
- Attend court hearings and negotiate settlements
- Collaborate with the team to ensure excellent client service
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date case records and documentation
Requirements
- Qualified Solicitor with around 5-10 years' PQE
- Experience in handling privately funded family law matters
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organisational and time management abilities
