Position Overview
The Conveyancer will play a key role in the firm's residential property department, managing a caseload of conveyancing matters from instruction to completion. This position is crucial in ensuring smooth property transactions and maintaining the firm's high standards of client service.
Responsibilities
- Manage a caseload of residential conveyancing matters
- Handle sales and purchases of freehold and leasehold properties
- Communicate effectively with clients throughout the transaction process
- Ensure timely completion of conveyancing transactions
