Our client, a well-established law firm, is seeking a Commercial Contracts Solicitor to join their busy team in Buckinghamshire. Position Overview
The Commercial Contracts Solicitor will play a key role in delivering comprehensive legal services to the firm's diverse client base, which includes entrepreneurs, company directors, shareholders, and high net worth individuals. The successful candidate will handle a wide range of non-contentious commercial contracts matters.
Responsibilities
- Manage a caseload of non-contentious commercial contracts matters
- Draft and review standard and bespoke commercial agreements
- Provide corporate support and advice to clients
- Assist with partnerships, LLPs, and competition law matters
- Handle asset finance and consumer credit issues
Requirements
- Qualified solicitor with 5+ years PQE
- Excellent academic credentials and strong commercial experience
- Exceptional interpersonal, marketing, and negotiation skills
- Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and seek guidance when needed
