Our client, a well-established legal practice, is seeking an experienced Private Client Solicitor to join their team in Northamptonshire.
Position Overview
The Private Client Solicitor will play a crucial role in providing comprehensive legal services to high net worth individuals, focusing on complex tax planning, wills and wealth protection matters.
Responsibilities
- Manage lasting powers of attorney, trusts, and family investment companies
- Oversee high-value probates, including those with foreign elements
- Claim Business Property Relief (BPR) and Agricultural Property Relief (APR)
- Maintain the firm's profile through business development, networking and marketing activities
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years PQE with sound private client legal knowledge
- Experienced in HNW, complex tax planning, trust creation and Probates
- Strong commercial, practical and financial awareness
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and marketing skills
- Ability to lead and manage teams effectively
- Confident in communicating at senior levels
- Strong negotiation and organisational abilities
