Position Overview
The Senior Technical Analyst will play a crucial role in providing technical support for bulk project work, ensuring accurate data analysis, calculations, and system updates. This position is essential in maintaining the integrity of the pension administration system and delivering high-quality service to scheme members.
Responsibilities
* Provide technical support for bulk project work
* Carry out calculations and validate data
* Support Member Services teams with complex cases
* Implement pension administration system amendments
* Develop and maintain calculations for testing
* Monitor operational and system controls
* Collaborate with Legal team on legislation updates
* Maintain in-depth knowledge of team processes
Requirements
* Experience in defined benefit pensions
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office software
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Strong pensions knowledge, including HMRC rules and regulations
* Robust numeric, analytical, and problem-solving abilities
* Ability to communicate effectively at all levels
* Well-organised and detail-oriented
