Our client is looking for an experienced Residential Property Solicitor/Licensed Conveyancer. The role comes with an opportunity for career growth and working in a friendly team, who have excellent relationships in place with introducers.
The team are busy, and we are seeking someone who can work on a variety of residential property matters, keeping the conveyancing process moving. The team are friendly and this is a small office, and part of a bigger law firm, with a mix of full time and part time employees all at different levels of their careers which gives the office a cohesive professional feel.
As a property fee earner, you will take over an up-to-date caseload of good quality properties across the Essex, Hertfordshire and Cambridgeshire area. The clients are varied, many with high value homes and there are extremely lucrative relationships in place with the introducers who have been working with this team for many years.
The position comes with support, and locum cover is always provided for annual leave and a good benefits package to include parking, pension, holiday and support for further professional qualifications.
