Our client is seeking a Corporate Commercial Senior Associate to manage a caseload of commercial and corporate clients. We are seeking someone with a wealth of experience, able to offer solutions and guide clients through complex legal matters.
You will be working in an established and successful team at this Legal 500, Lexcel-accredited firm who are forward-thinking. Working collaboratively, your experience will include start-ups, join ventures, partnerships, looking at shareholder agreements, business finance, regulatory, IP and company secretarial matters.
