Our client, a leading multi-service regional law firm, is seeking a driven Property Litigation Solicitor to join their expert team. Position Overview
As a Property Litigation Solicitor, you will play a key role within the Property Litigation team based in Bedfordshire, working on a broad range of complex commercial and residential property disputes. You'll work closely with the Head of Department, as well as managing your own caseload with a level of supervision tailored to your experience.
Responsibilities
- Provide specialist legal advice on a wide range of commercial and residential property disputes
- Manage a varied caseload of property litigation matters, acting for property owners, landlords, tenants and developers
- Deliver exceptional client service, working effectively with clients and third parties to achieve the best outcomes
- Assist the Head of Department on complex property litigation cases
- Proactively contribute to the growth and success of the Property Litigation practice
Requirements
- Qualified solicitor with 1-4 years' PQE
- Previous experience in property litigation or commercial litigation with a desire to specialise
- Strong technical knowledge of property litigation matters and relevant legislation
- Excellent communication, negotiation and client relationship skills
- Ability to effectively manage a varied caseload and competing deadlines
- Commitment to delivering exceptional client service
