Our client, a respected law firm, is seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Trust Solicitor to join their busy Wills, Trusts and Probate team in Hertfordshire.
Position Overview
As a Trust Solicitor, you will have the opportunity to manage your own caseload, working on complex and high-value matters. This role offers excellent career progression prospects, with hands-on training and support provided by the experienced team.
Responsibilities
- Manage a caseload of trust matters, providing expert advice to clients
- Draft and review trust documents, ensuring legal compliance
- Collaborate with colleagues to deliver high-quality, timely services
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Stay up-to-date with relevant legislation and best practices
Requirements
- Qualified Solicitor with ideally 10+ years PQE in trusts
- Excellent communication and client-facing skills
- Strong organisational and time management abilities
- Flexible, cooperative, and willing attitude
- Proficiency in relevant legal software and tools
