We are currently partnering with this Public Sector organisation, who are looking for a Pension Specialist to join their team based in London. This opportunity would be perfect for someone who has brilliant pensions experience and a LGPS background. This is a 12 month FTC.
Role overview:
You will be ensuring the accurate management of teacher pension record for this in house establishment. This will involve dealing with issue resolution, liaising with a variety of stakeholders, and spending your time collaborating with other teams such as Finance, HR and Payroll, where necessary.
Duties:
* Primary point of contact for stakeholders and resolving scheme queries and issues.
* Processing joiners and leavers.
* Ensuring all records are up to date.
* Keeping fully appraised of pensions payroll and legislation and acting accordingly.
* Preparing and submitting pension documentation/ certificates.
Requirements:
* Relevant experience within pensions administration.
* LGPS experience.
* Experience administering a DC pension scheme.
* Relevant pensions qualifications would be highly advantageous.
