Position Overview
As a Calculation Analyst, you will play a vital role in supporting the delivery of actuarial and pension calculation projects for the company's diverse client base, ensuring data accuracy and integrity while contributing to the development of consulting advice.

Responsibilities
* Support actuarial and pension calculation project delivery
* Analyse data to identify requirements and gaps
* Extract, transform, and load data into modelling tools
* Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity
* Configure systems and tools for calculations and analysis
* Produce client reports and support consulting advice development
* Participate in client meetings and project status calls
* Define testing requirements, plans, and expected results
* Liaise with clients, third parties, and internal departments

Requirements
* 4-5 years' experience in defined benefit pension schemes
* Expertise in complex pension calculations and data analysis
* Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
* Proficiency in pension administration and calculation systems
* Experience working with clients and internal teams
* Ability to identify client needs and provide consultancy
