Position Overview
The Conveyancer will play a crucial role in managing the conveyancing process from start to finish, ensuring compliance with legal requirements and providing expert advice to clients.
Responsibilities
- Manage the conveyancing process from instruction to completion
- Communicate effectively with clients, solicitors, and stakeholders
- Prepare and review legal documents, including contracts and deeds
- Conduct thorough property searches and investigations
- Provide expert advice to clients regarding property transactions
Requirements
- Qualified Solicitor or Licensed Conveyancer with relevant experience
- Strong understanding of property law and conveyancing processes
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple cases and meet deadlines
- Proficiency in conveyancing software and legal research tools
