Our client, a leading full-service law firm, is seeking an experienced Dispute Resolution and Commercial Recoveries Lawyer to join their growing team in Buckinghamshire.
Position Overview
The successful candidate will play a crucial role in managing a diverse caseload, providing exceptional client service, and contributing to the firm's ongoing success. Responsibilities
- Manage contested probate, trusts of land, and commercial recoveries cases
- Draft statements and engage in ADR and settlement negotiations
- Provide exceptional client service and build strong relationships
- Contribute to business development and continuous improvement initiatives
Requirements
- 3+ years PQE with solid litigation experience
- Technical expertise in commercial litigation disputes
- Strong attention to detail and excellent drafting skills
- Ability to develop relationships with clients and peers
