Our client is seeking 2x Commercial Property Solicitors with a minimum of 1 year PQE each to take the next step in their commercial property career, strengthen their experience and join a busy team where you will undertake high quality work. This position comes with the additional benefit of being a Legal 500 law firm who are situated on the high street close to shops and restaurants with very good transport network links.
The commercial property team has an excellent reputation and the team are seeing growth through repeat business and new clients. The successful candidate will be working with a variety of impressive clients so excellent client care skills is essential for this role. This is an exciting opportunity to make the role your own and you will be responsible for a broad range of commercial property matters to include:
- Grant and renewal of commercial leases
- Purchase and sale of investment properties
- Commercial and residential development property
- Landlord & tenant development work
