The Dispute Resolution department has quickly developed into one of the most important within the practice, and they are dedicated to providing exceptional client service by building strong relationships and delivering solutions to their clients.
You'll leverage your wealth of experience to provide expert guidance and advice to clients, which will involve overseeing all aspects of litigious cases from inception to completion which includes dealing with general commercial and civil disputes, together with negligence claims. In addition, it is hoped that after a period of transition you will assume responsibility for leading the department, ensuring that the team continues to maintain and develop their reputation.
We are seeking an individual with a proven track record of success in litigation and who has the confidence and drive to motivate and inspire the department to achieve excellence.
