We are seeking a qualified Commercial Property Solicitor to join an established team for this Lexcel accredited firm. With a strong reputation, the team are seeing growth through repeat business and also new clients and you will be working with a variety of impressive clients.
As the Commercial Property Solicitor, you will manage your own, and already established caseload of commercial property transactions, landlord and tenant matters for a broad range of commercial clients, including public authorities, charities and private investors.
Requirements:
Collaborative team player, commercially minded.
Solicitor or Legal Executive - minimum of 5+ years PQE
Encouraged to take part in client development and business networking events
Passionate about your career and enjoys complexities of property matters
Comfortable with client meetings and finding workable solutions.
