Our client, a leading pension services provider, is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to drive performance and continuous improvement. This is an excellent opportunity to join a supportive and progressive organisation in Derbyshire. 

Position Overview

The Operations Manager will oversee the day-to-day performance of direct reports, monitor KPIs, implement improvements, and set goals and quality standards. This role is crucial in ensuring operational excellence and delivering high-quality services to pension scheme members.

Responsibilities
• Manage and oversee the performance of direct reports
• Monitor key performance indicators and implement improvements
• Set goals, objectives, and quality standards for the team
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives across pension operations

Requirements
• Proven experience in pension operations management
• Strong track record of driving continuous improvement
• Excellent leadership and team management skills
• Knowledge of performance metrics and quality standards
