Position Overview
As Compliance Manager, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining the organisation's compliance framework, ensuring adherence to relevant regulations, and working proactively with teams to manage key compliance risks. This critical role contributes to maintaining the organisation's reputation and regulatory compliance.
Responsibilities
• Develop and maintain the compliance framework and policies
• Ensure management is aware of regulatory responsibilities and obligations
• Support the design and delivery of regulatory training
• Design and deliver the Compliance Monitoring Programme (CMP)
• Produce and present compliance reports to governance forums
• Monitor regulatory changes and aid compliance understanding
• Design and deliver regulatory consultation responses
• Collaborate with teams to manage key compliance risks
Requirements
• Proven experience in a compliance role within pensions
• Detailed knowledge of pensions and data protection regulations
• Passion for staying updated on emerging regulations
• Enthusiasm for the job and ability to work independently
• Willingness to expand pensions and regulatory knowledge
