Are you an experienced payroll professional with a passion for pensions and leadership? Join this dynamic team as an In-House Pensions Payroll Team Leader and drive excellence in their operations.  

You will:
• Manage workload – looking at KPIs, deal with the admin of member services and forward plan to ensure team targets are met.
• Lead and manage the execution of all benefit operational processes, both individual and bulk, ensuring timely completion of the Pensioner Monthly, Quarterly, and Annual payrolls.
• Managing people issues and welfare.
