The department acts on behalf of large corporates, owner managed businesses, public bodies, insurers, regulatory bodies, and private individuals. You will be provided with the opportunity to work on a wide variety of cases including:
- Contractual disputes
- Corporate disputes
- Professional negligence
- Breach of warranty claims
- General broad mix of commercial litigation work
