The disputes resolution team handles a broad range of property litigation matters and typical day to day matters will include dealing with rent possessions and arrears, building disputes, restrictive covenants, boundary disputes, leasehold enfranchisements and lease extensions. In addition, you will work alongside an exceptional team of impressive lawyers on a variety of complex matters.
This position is ideal for an individual with a proactive approach to driving business development, who is focused on client satisfaction and who takes proactive measures to optimise and enhance client relationships. In addition, you will have the exciting responsibility to grow and mentor junior team members and identify areas for expansion of work.
