Key Responsibilities:
This is a hands-on role where you will support and assist the team in the preparation and drafting of wills, probate applications, and estate planning documents. You will provide clear and often empathetic communication to clients throughout the process whilst ensuring files and all documentation is accurate and up-to-date.
Qualifications and Skills:
Ideally you will have a minimum of 1 years' experience in a similar role within a legal environment.
Solid understanding of wills and probate law.
Excellent organisational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
