There is a steady flow of work and you will play a key role in working closely with a friendly and professional team, and what makes this an exciting role is the variety it offers. You will manage your own caseload across all aspects of private client, to include:
- Simple form and complex wills
- Probate
- Estate administration
- Tax
- Trusts
- IHT
- Life planning
- Court of Protection cases
- Lasting Powers of Attorney
You will also build and nurture relationships with clients through various channels, including business development and networking, as you will be keen to build upon the department's profile in the region.
