This is a really exciting opportunity for a private client lawyer who is looking to work in a collaborative team, be given great exposure and be well supported. You will be joining a highly respected and busy team who have considerable knowledge in relation to managing affairs and dealing with the needs of elderly and vulnerable clients and their families.
Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be expected to have experience of handling a full caseload of private client work including:
- Wills
- Administration of Estates
- Powers of attorney
- Court of Protection
As a valued member of the team, your desire to build client relationships will be key to your success, as well as your enthusiasm for marketing and networking will also contribute significantly to the growth of the firm's clientele.
Key Skills
- You will be a Private Client Solicitor or Legal Executive with 3+ PQE of experience
- A proactive and client-focused approach with a commitment to delivering high-quality service.
- Membership of STEP or willingness to work towards accreditation is desirable
