Responsibilities
The role encompasses representing a diverse range of clients, such as property investors, developers, landowners and banks, and the successful candidate will become a key member of a well-respected team known for its high-quality work and client approach.
You will handle a broad spectrum of commercial property matters, including property development, options and promotion agreements and in addition, you will provide strategic advice and innovative solutions to property issues and work closely with colleagues to deliver a comprehensive service.
Consequently, the work is varied and stimulating, offering opportunities to develop skills in all aspects of property development, investment and ownership.
Requirements
- Strong track record within commercial property law
